ALLISON SPITZ-PERRY

Allison Spitz-Perry received her B.A. Degree in Political Science from Syracuse University in 1984 and her J.D. Degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1987.  She was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1988 and has specialized in Immigration Law ever since.  After working at several Immigration Law Firms, she started Perry & Spitz-Perry in 1991.  From the beginning her goal has been to provide high-level, personalized and responsive representation of both individuals and corporations.  The Immigration process can be daunting, impacting many sensitive and personal issues.  Because of this, Allison believes in working directly with her clients to humanize the process while attaining the desired result.

With over 30 years of experience, Allison has represented clients at US Embassies and Consulates around the world, as well as at USCIS offices nationwide.  She handles the application process for Naturalization, Permanent Residence and Non-Immigrant visas.  Allison works with families, individuals, corporations, as well as many individuals who have risen to the top of their field in the arts and business.  She also has experience working with issues that are unique to the LGBT community.

The process begins with an assessment of the client’s situation and available options followed by the determination of an Immigration strategy.  This is followed by assistance in gathering the necessary information and documentation, preparation and filing of all required forms, and preparation for and representation at interviews.  Clients are walked through the Immigration Process from start to finish and work directly with Attorney Spitz-Perry.

Allison Spitz-Perry lives and works on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with her partner Simon, and their cat Lebowski.
